http://www.t-online-shop.atSince May 2003, 004 runs the T-Online shop for T-Online, a scope of business of Deutsche Telekom AG, with the emphasis on products from the fields of computers and entertainment electronics. Within this cooperation, 004 is responsible for the layout and the operation of the shop, the execution of all logistics tasks, the payments as well as the bookkeeping. In November 2003, the T-Online shop Austria, which is also run by T-Online, was added and is also completely organized by 004.

Since February 2003, 004 runs the online fan shop as well as the call centre for orders of fan products for 1. FC Köln. Part of it is also the implementation of the logistics and the bookkeeping for the fan shop. In 2007 the design was changed in order to integrate the shop directly into the portal of the football club. Furthermore, new features such as an online browse catalog are offered to the customer.

Petnatur, manufacturer and distributor of highly nutritious, ecologically valuable feed products for dogs and cats, has put 004 GmbH for advisory and general services in charge of the operation of the petnatur online shop as well as the execution of the entire functional operation in autumn 2004. Part of it is the sale to the end user as well as to traders, including all thereto necessary tasks - from the logistics over the bookkeeping to the online marketing.

Sonodyn® Medico Star is its first on-market medical device, with the aim of developing innovative solutions for pain therapy of the Sonodyn AG. The online shop is run by 004, which is also providing this new customer with its extensive range of services for e-commerce, from the layout and implementation of the online shop, through dispatch and distribution, to accounting. In the new shop, running from August 2007, those interested can read up in-depth on the product as well as on the subject of pain therapy. The device is intended for application at home for all muscle-related pain. Special is its triple effect: ultrasound, electric and magnetic field.
