With the Global Commerce Suite, 004 provides SIHU Professional Care GmbH with a complete solution for covering all e-commerce processes of the Cavance Online Shop and also provides operational services such as fulfillment, customer service and accounting. Thus, 004 meets SIHU’s demand for a full-service e-commerce provider that can provide the complete range of services required to run an online shop. In order to facilitate internationalisation, the shop is already available in German and English and will soon be supplemented by a B2B shop.
